SHIPPING: SHIPMENT TRACKING, FARES AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

All orders are dispatched from Spain and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday). An e-mail with a delivery tracking code will be automatically provided by the courier as soon as the order is dispatched (if available).

International orders (if the courier is other than DHL):
The shipping company in charge for the delivery of your order normally changes after leaving Spain. This means that the tracking code also changes so usually we will not be able to provide you with the tracking number before your order is in hands of the final courier (normally 1/2 days). After that time you have not received it by e-mail, feel free to contact us to ask for it. We control our shipments on a daily basis so do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.

How to manage a return?

Please send us an e-mail at customer@sunnobybenecape.com and we will guide you in all the procedure.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the product(s) and its complimentary packaging within 14 days upon receipt in its ORIGINAL & UNWORN CONDITION, and we will send you a replacement or we will refund your money. Please, note that if the packaging (swim short bag) is not returned we will not be able to make a refund until we receive it.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING FACE MASKS:
Due to the unique nature of these products and for hygienic and safety reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on face masks and all sales are final. Only in the case that a product is damaged or faulty we will accept an exchange or refund. 

 

OTHER VERY IMPORTANT NOTES

* RETURNS AFTER FREE SHIPPING: If the balance amount of the order after the return does not reach the minimum required for free shipping to your country the standard shipping fee of your world area will be deducted from the money to be returned.

* SALE PRODUCTS: Any product that is purchased at a reduced price in a sale or a promotion is not eligible for refund however we will accept returns on these items for store credit.
