MEASURES DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK
The arrival of the Covid-19 has brought a new reality to all of us and has set up an unprecedented scenario all around the world.
As a swimwear brand our activity concentrates in the spring and summer months so the current situation affects us in a huge way. We are a small young company and an independent business and as such we do not have a large financial muscle to keep us alive. That is why your orders during these days are enormously appreciated.
Since we have the means to do so, our online store will continue to operate as normal during coronavirus outbreak.
According to WHO (World Health Organization) recommendations we are applying the following measures when preparing our online orders:
- Orders are prepared by one non-positive person using always a surgical mask and clean new gloves so nor the product nor the packaging is contaminated.
- Shipments are managed by DHL and there is no physical contact in the handling.
- DHL implements a contactless delivery that does not require a signature. All couriers at DHL have been trained to offer a safe delivery during these period.
You also have the option to ask for a postponed delivery after the outbreak when placing your order. Please indicate this at the "order note" section after adding a product to your cart.
Additionally we extend our exchange and refunds period as long as it lasts the outbreak. You will have 30 days to exchange your purchase or to ask for a refund.
